Bride to be June 2013

Hi soph!have you planned anything out for this week? I sat down last night and wrote down all meals until Friday so that I know what's coming up and can hopefully stick to it without being tempted by naughtiness! The proof will be whether ill be able to stick to it or not...but it helped get me in the right frame of mind to start the week!

Hi!! No good at planning. For example I made lunch for today and then left it at home :(

Slimming world tarragon chicken with pasta (leftovers!) with a tiny bit of cheese
Small back of sushi -1

Pasta with mushrooms and cheese

I am too embarrassed to even write down this weekend! It involves pizza and trifle!!! Anyway I enjoyed it. I am at the stage where I am happy to maintain this weight and I am doing that so I may keep on that route rather than trying to loose half a stone and be miserable doing it!!!
