Hi All

I have been attempting Slimming World since I left university in 2006. It went very well and i went from 12st5lb to 9st13lb. I then put on weight and was at my happiest at 10st5lb. However unfortunately I am now 11st3lb and i am desperate to loose it by Feb 2013 then maintain it for my wedding in June 2013. I can maintain my weight at the moment so just need to do it when i am lighter! I am planning on taking it slowly with my goal being 1lb per week - its always hardest to get the lasdt bit off anyway. But i think i will hope to maintain over the Christmas period rather than gain anything!!!

Therefore i think a diary online would be a good idea.

I will keep you posted!!

Day 1 - green

Breakfast: bran flakes (b) milk (a)
Shape yog (0.5)

Banana

Lunch: 3 bean salad from m&s (5)
Shape yog (0.5)

Dinner: pesto pasta (quark, egg and basis blended). Parmasan (a)

1/2 pack of sugar free polos (2)

Total = 8 syns

Noy bad for day one!! :)

Day 2 - Extra Easy

Breakfast: Salatana Bran Flakes (b) and be good to yourself natural fromage frais (free)

Lunch: last minute lunch out which always panics me. Thai though so quite good and lots of help on the forum!
Tom Yum Soup - clear soup with chicken - guessing 2 syns - small portion
Prawn Pad Tai - thinking 5 syns
Small scoop of Green Tea Ice Cream (Yum) - 7 syns

Dinner: Fish in low fat creme freche sauce (small amount) - 3 syns
Fresh pineapple

Drinks: diet coke , sugar free squash, 1 cup of coffee (a) for milk.

Total syns: 17
 
Hi, good luck, I am just back on track myself I awaiting my second weigh in on Friday. I know what you mean about last minute or unplanned meals out, I just go into panic mode :rolleyes: its only food right ? lol Anyways, I hope you settle back into the plan without too much trouble xx
 
Well not so well today! AWFUL day at work so I hit the chocolate!

B: fat free ff and bran flakes (b)

L: m&s 3 bean salad (5). I brought 2 of these before I realised high sin value!!

D: free sausages with caramelised onions (5), cabbage, roast veg and baked pot

Snacks: boots popcorn (4.5) and galaxy bubbles (8.5)

Total 23 syns!!

At a christening today which is never easy if you don't know what your going to have at the lunch! Flexi day in order!!!

Its going well thanks. Going over syn values some days and under others. Seem to be loosing weight so that's good. Morrisons do a really good bag of chopped leek and pots to make the soup! How are u getting on?

This weekend was not a good one although i did TRY to be careful. Lots of cheese and cake!

So not a great weekend (although i did enjoy myself!). However on the meals front i feel i choose widely were i could - i missed out pots on Sat so i could have more A and B's.

Only time will tell if it has effected the wiehgt moss but i lost 2 pounds last week.
