Hi there! So it's day one & I miss eating. I'm size 14/16 and would like to drop 3 stones for my big day. Been large most of my life going from diet to diet & decided to give LT a go.
Had the chicken soup for dinner & it's not as bad as some of the reviews made out! I think the hardest challenge will be socialising with friends. I've already re-scheduled a dinner to just meeting for coffee. And declined a work birthday lunch! This is going to be tough but just concentrating one day at a time for now.
Really surprised to read about others level of weight loss in week 1 - roll onthe weekend!
