Hi there, there are many many plans out there but if feeling deprived or hungry all the time when dieting is an issue then may I suggest you look up the JUDDD plan? In a way you're only dieting half the week and get to eat whatever foods you want (sticking to your up day and down day allowances)... the losses are not quick like on a drastic diet like a VLCD but if you check out the JUDDD section here you'll see people are losing weight on this plan.
