crudites with a natural yoghurt dip
cold slices of rice or pasta quioche for green
cold quorn sausages and pickles for free
fresh fruit on cocktail sticks to dip in muller light
pasta or cous cous salad with dry roasted veg for green

Scotch eggs, .. selection of cold meats.. pasta salads, cheese board, fruit screwers, pepper and chicken kebabs, pizza fingers with a ready base and passata,
I made them tonight for the first time and really loved them!
1 onion
1/2 teaspoon curry powder (I used a bit more)
3 dessert spoons of smash powder, and water to make (I used sainsburys basics instant potato flakes)
Fry lite
(optional - I added a small sprinkle of garlic granules) Slice the onion and fry in fry lite
Make the mash and mix in the onions and curry powder.
Spray a tray with fry lite
Make mixture into small balls, and place on tray, spray with fry lite
Cook on 220 for about 45 mins turning half way until very crispy
