1/4 aubergine thinly sliced and chopped in small pcs
1 cup spinach sliced
1/2 onion thinly sliced

1/4 cup flax meal very fine
1/2-1/4 spinach
Salt
1/2-pinch chilli powder
Chilli flakes (optional)

Mix the veg in bowl add spices, stir well, add flax flour 1 spoon at a time adding little water each time until mixture starts to stick together. Check seasoning. Using two spoons deep fry by; scoop small golf ball size pakora nd scrape into a deep fryer. Fry until golden brown
