Okay so this may be just me, but it may not.
I was looking through the favourites thread on here to get ideas for snacking and general low point food. Now I did like the sound of home made spring rolls, so will try them, but everything else was SO not want I wanted to eat.
I'm sorry, but I can't get excited about some of the low point things (especially 0 point soup). No matter how you dress these things up they aren't the same as crisps and chocolate.
I stood in the cafe at lunchtime and looked at the fruit. I contemplated picking a piece up. But I just couldn't do it. There is no way that a piece of fruit would do when I had a craving for a Crunchie bar.
So, am I doomed to be fat? Can I change this mindset?
