Butter nut squash roasties

All i have to say was ewwwww these were gross. Used them to replace potatoes but myself and the whole family were of the opinion that they were gross.

I find when not cooked properly Bnut squash can taste vile. Have you tried sweet potatoes instead?

I par boiled them then sprayed them with spray light then popped them in the oven to crisp up. They did crisp up but i wasnt mad on the taste. Are sweet potatoes a carb??
