yep! I do cos I like it thick on hot toast lol. Altho' I've found I can have my sliced banana on top without butter now! I've found I'd rather go without than opt for the "replacement" spreads! So I have it rarely now but it's counted!

I don't eat butter so no. But if I did I'd sure as heck point it :giggle: It's mega in points.

you need to count every single thing you put in your mouth, no matter how insignificant you think it is.

And you also need to measure it too... don't just guess, if you have a little too much and have it every day it adds up and will affect weightlosses

ive added it now anyway but i always eat the very low calorie spread, i put it on the calculator and for 10g it was 1pp
Ah okay, when you said butter I thought you meant like actual butter. Like Lurpack.

If I do eat anything like that it's I Can't Believe it's Not Butter Light which is about the same points, but still always always point it.

Oh yeah i count all my spreads that I use. I don't really enjoy real butter that much anyway because I find it very salty (it is lovely on toast or potatoes though) so I use flora light or something like that. Or in a sandwich i might just spread a cheese triangle over one side of bread/bagel etc. :)
