Help!

How many Syns are in the following types of butter?

20g Morrisons Salted Butter
20g Anchor Spreadable
20g Anchor Spreadable Light
20g Clover

They only provide the syn values in tablespoons rather than grams (at least for Morrisons, I haven't checked the rest) but butter is fully synned so it will be 20 calories = 1 syn for all of them.

Anchor light is 6 syns for 20g (1.5 Syns per tsp)
