Butternut squash, lime chilli n ginger soup

Butternut squash in chunks
3 cloves garlic
1 medium onion diced
1 lime zested and juiced
1 inch of fresh ginger grated
1 stock cube
1 kettle water
Salt pepper n chilli to taste

In 3 sprays of fry lite oil add the onion n garlic till sofy
Add the squash and watee
Then the ginger n lime
Leave the zested n jhiced lime in the mixture
Leave to boil for 15 mins ish
Then remove the lime add the salt n pepper n chilli and blend together

Lol im useless at weighing things out properly as i have talking scales but not measuring jug (im blind) got hibby to check kettle he says 1.5litres

thats great, It sounds yummy. I think most kettles are similar but I just had visions of you having a travel kettle that only holds 2 cups of water and me pouring a huge kettle full in :)
Lols nah its regular sized!! Let me know how you get on with it next time i make it im gonna add more vutternut sqyash so its thicker
