Hi,
Hope you can help, my sister is doing cd and is following step 4, which I think is around 900kcal. she has made herself home made chicken soup and has included butternut squash, (about half of the root veg), does this contain too many kcal, (especially carbs?) she is in keto, but come tomorrow would she find herself out of it?
