Fry 1 onion in fry light with 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic. Add water if it sticks. Add 750 g butternut squash or pumpkin with 1.2 litres stock. Summer for 15 min until veg is soft. Season and add 1 teaspoon dried chilli flakes. Add chives if you like.
