They are lovely- very sweet, chocolate on the bottom. If you have a sweet tooth you will like them and you can have 2 as a heb or 3 syns each.

i thought hifi bars were 1 for a hex b? are they lower in calories and therefore syns than the others then? Didnt even know they were bringing this flavour out xx

They are 70 cals so 2 is a heb

Was given a taster last night in class and needless to say i brought three boxes of them as they are soooooo nice. I normally have the Alpen light bars. I think they are much better value too as you get 6 in a box for £2. hope they start doing the others in larger packs!
