I was the same a week ago !.. The 15 stone mark has always been a stumbling block for me on past "normal diets" . I have never got below it. It was a great moment when I did. Now a week on I am looking nearer the 14st than the 15st. ... Fantastic... well done x

yeah im delighted iv really struggled with this too..have been in the 15 s forever,am thrilled,am hoping il drop another few pounds by my way in on tuesday..well done on your losses..it s a great feeling..if we could only bottle it lol
