Sunday:

B - none as woke up late!

L - roast turkey (hexb), veg, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding (3 syns), gravy (3 syns)

D - carbonara (hexb bacon & hexa cheese triangles)

Snacks - pears
 
First weigh in tomorrow morning, feeling quite nervous! I've been soooooo good this week & declined so many yummy things so fingers crossed......
 
Hi- just been reading through your thread!! Good luck with your weight loss!! From looking at your food diary it looks as though you are doing green days and counting meat as your B's- is that right??
Just a thought, most of your days could have been extra easy days and this would save you having to weigh/measure your meat?? Don't know if you're familiar with extra easy or not?
 
I have always done green days but I am a bit naughty because I quite often don't weigh my meat anymore I just estimate from previous knowledge so I probably follow EE more than I realise.

When I started originally back in 2008 it was only red or green and I don't go to class so my books are really old now.

Lost 3.5lb this week but in an odd way I'm a bit disappointed. I've had under 5 syns every day (apart from yesterday) but my hubby lost 5lb & he's had up to 15 syns most days & a few naughty treats which he fessed up to yesterday!

I normally lose around 5/6lb in my first week but I guess I only have 28-33.5lb to lose in total so that's 10% gone! Oh well today is a new week & I may treat myself to a freddo later :)
 
Monday:

B - pear

L - jacket potato with cheese (hexa) & beans & salad, butter (2 syns)

D - pitta bread pizza (hexb) with hexb mozzarella & hexa cheddar on top, salad cream (1 syn)

Snacks - pineapple, melon, mini crunchie (4 syns)

Hey lovley,

3.5lbs is still a fab loss for your first week. Competing with hubby is tricky - if Dave weighs himself when I do, he always seems to lose more, so don't be down. You've done really well and I'm sure you can get a great result next week too.

I weighed myself again this morning and another 1lb was off so 4.5lb in 8 days is a pretty good result :)

Tuesday:

B - melon slices

L - homemade vegetable soup

D - cod fillet (hexb) roast potatoes (2 syns for oil), veggies, cheese & tomato sauce (hexb cheese)

Snacks - options (hexa & 2 syns), one sweet (2 syns?)
 
Wednesday:

B - Alpen light bar (3.5 syns)

L - jacket potato with beans, cheese (hexa) & salad

D - seasoned chicken (2 syns & hexb x2) with sweet potato wedges & vegetables

Snacks - fruit salad, freddo (5 syns)

Hmmm I don't really follow a recipe as such, I use aborio rice, chicken stock & garlic, add the stock to the rice slowly until its cooked, I just keep tasting it as I go.

I then chuck in hexa cubes of cheese or laughing cow triangles or philli etc.

I add sweetcorn to mine & sometimes sweated off red onion, it adds a nice crunch!

Sorry I can't be more specific, I just tend to make it up as I go each time lol

Thursday:

B - pears

L - homemade veggie soup

D - smoked haddock (hexb) with macaroni cheese pasta'n'sauce (1/2 hexa milk, 1/2 hexa cheese & 1 syn as sharing!), vegetables

Snacks - 2 Alpen lights (hexb), fruit salad, used an Alpen light to make a cheesecake (crushed it down & topped with quark mixed with white chocolate options @ 2 syns)

Going to baby group this morning & it's so hard to turn away all the biscuits but I will be strong lol :)

Was really low on syns today but feeling really rotten with a sore throat & headache so was itching for comfort food. I thought if I started on chocolate etc I might not stop!!

B - muller light greek (1/2 syn)

L - homemade veggie soup, might have a hexb whole meal roll on the side with 1 syn of butter

D - risotto (hexb & hexa cheese) with sweetcorn & asparagus

Snacks - x2 packets mini buttons (7 syns), apple

Thank you both, dosed up on paracetamol so feeling a bit better, hubby off to DJ soon so hoping to put my little bug to bed soon then follow shortly after :)

S - x2 Alpen light, apple, jelly tots (4 syns), x2 chocolate fingers (2.5 syns)

L - going out but planning on having jacket potato with pulled pork (hexb) & salad, going to say 4 syns for the BBQ sauce....

D - chicken mugshot with extra sweetcorn (1 syn) with cheese roll (hexb & hexa)

S - fruit, mini malteaser bunny (3.5 syns)

Taking my daughter for her last set of jabs today, not looking forward to it & can already feel the urge to dive in to some chocolate :-/

Going to weigh myself in a minute so hopefully that'll give me some will power!

Today as planned:

B - melon chunks

L - jacket potato with beans & 3 extra light cheese triangles (1/2 hexa), muller light greek (1/2 syn)

D - chicken marinated in passata & garlic (hexb x2) with rice & veggies, other 1/2 hexa cheese triangles

S - galaxy bubble (9 syns), grapes, Special K. cracker crisps (2.5 syns), pear, satsuma
