Bye bye baby belly!!

Set myself some more realistic goals I think.

Going on a hen-do on 22nd feb & it would be amazing if I could have lost a stone by then. It's just under 3 weeks and I only have 3.5lb to go so feeling pretty confident.

The wedding I was originally slimming for is only 8 weeks away so I think I was being a bit optimistic to lose 2 stone by then (or another 17.5lb). I already have a cheat day planned for next week!

So I've put the date back to the second wedding we are going to on 15/05 but that's my goal date to be 11st.

Fingers crossed I can do it! Me & hubby agreed that once we'd got to our target weights we would continue following slimming world but have a cheat day once every 10-14 days so we don't go off the wagon too much. Easier said than done but my daughter will be crawling soon so lots of body magic!!
 
Wednesday:

B - fruit salad

L - jacket potato with spaghetti hoops, cheese (hexa) & 1 syn butter

D - chicken (hexb x2) in Schwartz Somerset pork mix (1 syn as split between 6!) with veggies, Yorkshire pudding (2.5 syns) & roast potatoes (3 syns for oil - naughty mil!!)

S - pear, satsuma, freddo (5 syns)

I was having such a fabby day with some of my mummy friends then got the news this afternoon that one of my bestie's breast cancer has come back. She's only 26, first diagnosed 2 years ago & was doing amazing after treatment and now they've found two more tumours.

I am so upset and I'm home alone which just sucks. I could really do with my hubby right now :-(

On the plus side my appetite has vanished which should compensate for the few naughty treats I had with lunch.....

Just tucked Ellie-Lou into bed & think I might follow shortly.

To top it all off my nan has been really ill the last few weeks & has a lump on her bile duct. Will find out Monday what it is.

Feeling very sorry for myself :'-(
 
So one of my best friends & my nan have been diagnosed with cancer in the space of 3 days. Just numb to it all really, had a few off plan days but nothing disastrous. Haven't weighed myself this week, I couldn't face the thought of a gain after this weekend.

Back on plan today though (although tomorrow will most certainly be off plan as off on a date day with my hubby)

Tuesday: EE day

B - fruit salad

L - egg salad with salad cream (1 syn) & 1/2 hexa cheese

D - sea bass with mashed sweet potato & veg. Sauce made with 1/2 hexa philli & milk.

S - x2 Alpen lights (hexb), satsuma, muller light greek (1/2 syn)

L - totally off plan lunch at TGI Fridays with hubby. Having battered shrimp to start then jack Daniels chicken for main with chips & veg. Loads & loads of syns but don't care!!

D - Far too stuffed to eat a thing!!

D - maggies chicken with rice (2 syns) & veggies

S - Alpen light, carrot sticks, pear, options (hexa milk & 2 syns), freddo (5 syns)
 
4lb off, woop woop!! It's over 2 weeks but I've smashed my stone target a week before my goal date with an extra 1/2lb to boot.

Only 3lb until my next goal (healthy bmi) and only 5.5lb until I'm in my final stone range (11's).

Feeling really really good about it all & can't wait to see if my slinky dress fits for the wedding on 4th April. I do have a backup though just in case......

I got my healthy BMI today and it feels great. Hopefully you will only be a little way behind me.

Oh my days I'm so excited!! I've just tried a few things on & they fit!!

I can do my jeans up!! Granted I cannot breathe in them or sit down but they still button up!!

Also the slinky dress I want to wear to the wedding in April does up too!! It's tight but with my "suck everything in" tights it looked great. Still got ages until the wedding so it'll look fab by then.

I'm just so pleased, it's given me motivation to push on :)

Although I'm having a cheeky McDonalds for lunch tomorrow & tapas Saturday night on a hen-do but that is the last of my naughtiness until a family meal on 15th March :) promise!!

I'm on a proper high now so doing my nails in bed to try & chill out lol xx

L - McDonalds chips & small burger (no idea on syns!)

S - will keep low so probably carrot sticks, satsuma etc
