Bye bye jelly belly and thunder thighs

Yes they are in the latest mag bFree, they are gluten free and only Asda sell them at the moment. Got 2 pizzas made one for today at work and one for tomoro :) love them!!
 
Well done! Am in that dangerous could eat loads mood!! Am going not too but undecided about what to have am feeling a bit annoyed as scales were back up to 11st 9.5lb!!! Grrr so am struggling to be good today because of that.
 
Wonder why your scales have jumped so much.! You haven't put 3 lb on in a day :eek:
Be strong I'm sure they will be back to normal in the morning.!
Only 2 more days till weigh in. I like it once the weekend is over as I know its not long to weigh in.!

Will you get chance to watch downton today ?
 
I'm not sure am in at 6:30 but am off on Tuesday so don't necessarily need a super early night will see! Have tried to keep things under control, had chilli with wedges and salad for dinner and 2 ryvita with peanut butter and honey and a jar of gherkins so had some syns as the ryvita and the other bits need syning but could be worse I guess!!

I don't understand the scales am feeling v frustrated. This is why you shouldn't have scales at home!!!!
 
See shouldn't have scales at home now weigh exactly the same as I did this morning despite huge tea this morning clearly a mistake!! So glad I stuck to plan regardless!!!
 
Lol. Nevermind. Tomorrow is another day. Thank god its only one more day till weigh in.
This weeks treat is toasted tiger bread. Don't know why just been wanting it all week!

That is lush mr does that and I love it!! Tho I usually make him get a roll so there isn't a loaf to tempt me!

Had ryvita and cheese this morning and coffee and liquorice tea got a banana too am not at home at OH parents so was a bit of scouting round for bits to eat, is nice tho as can chill and not feel I need to do anything which I would at home!! And they are out so is just me mr is lazing in bed :) I'm sitting in the conservatory drinking coffee reading :)

Did wi on scales here this morning which said 11st 8 if that hangs around until tomoro will be happy. Also think I am going to set target at 10st 10 which I have been thinking about for a while but will get there and then reassess how I feel. I stayed at that weight easily until about 4 yrs ago and Waitrose happened!! So think I can maintain that even tho I am a bit older now! That will be 2.5st lost which I think will do me!!
 
I know what you mean about setting yourself a target. Then reassessing once your there. I have set 2 targets. Then once I'm there I have set myself another target.
My final target will be 10.7 (until I get there lol) but I can see that's easier to reach.
I have never lost this amount of weight before. I have always remembered being between 13 and 14 stone. So being where I am now is fantastic. So I'm getting there.!

Another early start, should have 3 hrs of peace tho to get on with work tho as not needed until 9:30, will see something usually disrupts my plans!!

Scales say 11st 7.25 this morning so hopefully 1.5lb loss but will have to see haven't be right the last couple of weeks but hopefully enough to get my 1.5st award tho need to be careful that the naughtiness of the week doesn't catch up with me.

Going to be running late :eek: ooops!!!
