Hello! Would anyone be kind enough to tell me the syns in one pot of these please? The nutritional information is:-

Serving size - 70g
Calories - 160
Protein - 2.9g
Carbohydrate - 17.9g
(Sugars) - 17.2g
Fat - 8.2g

I'm expecting them to be very high in syns and I'm hoping that this will put me off of buying them...but the advert makes them look so good

I think it would be 1 syn per 20 calories, so 8 syns

Sound intriguing, i haven't heard of them before but they sound good!

They are sooooo good! Although they are fairly small I think I'd maybe dip some fruit on it to make it stretch further
