Right, some questions:

1) Did you cheat?

Not until my 9th week, then my CDC went away for 3 weeks and I had a curry:eek:

2) What was your average weight loss per week

Average? humm. about 4 pounds I think..

3) What was your average water intake per day

I would say 3 1/2 litres. Some days I did the minimum other days 5 or 6 litres

4) If you could start again, what would you have done differently!

Not cheated! At All! And I would have been more rigid about AAM/790 amounts.

Any other info you care to add would be much appreciated as usual guys!

Keep going with the water! don't cheat! Try not to nibble! And take no notice of the doubters!

1) Did you cheat?
Yes I am embarrassed to say I am a regular cheater (at weekends) longest Ive gone without cheating is 2 weeks, I've been lucky that it hasnt overly damaged my losses ... yet, but its a killer getting back into ketosis!

2) What was your average weight loss per week?
Between 3-4lbs

3) What was your average water intake per day?
Between 2-3 litres

4) If you could start again, what would you have done differently?
Not cheat!

1) Did you cheat?
I did LL in 2006 - never cheated once. Got to goal and moved house so didn't do maintenance. Put weight back on and have been a serial cheater on CD.

2) What was your average weight loss per week
4lbs

3) What was your average water intake per day
5-6 litres

4) If you could start again, what would you have done differently!
Followed the maintenance plan! I can't say not cheat, because on LL I was very good but it didn't teach me to live in the real world. I combine CD with living now (occasional diet coke or protein meal and an alcoholic drink). Over the last year I wish I'd got back on the wagon sooner everytime I had a break.

Right, some questions:

1) Did you cheat?

my first cheat was in July when i drank quite alot of beer at a beer festival. My second was when i went to Istanbul in September for 3 days - ate a little but low carb (was at in-laws so couldnt avoid) and my last was a few weeks ago on my birthday when i went out and drank loads again, had a lemon curd baguette when i got in and birthday cake the next day! However, that is only 3 cheats in 3 months which i dont think is that bad. I've also been fairly generous on the veg portions during 790.

2) What was your average weight loss per week

Not sure! Check my signature for each week's loss. I think I've been fairly slow compared to others.

3) What was your average water intake per day

2 and 1/2 to 3 litres. Can't manage anymore!

4) If you could start again, what would you have done differently!
Maybe SS'd abit longer so that i would have been finished by now!

Any other info you care to add would be much appreciated as usual guys!

Excellent questions Leah! xxx

Thank you all for your very honest answers :)

I dunno about anyone else but it helped me a lot xx

Right, some questions:

1) Did you cheat?

No, Until I went to Tunisia 4 and a half months after starting, I fell off the wagon in to a bottle of Vodka, I low carbed for 4 days whilst there, and went straight back to SS after.
2) What was your average weight loss per week

5 stone in four months, so about 3/5lbs per week

3) What was your average water intake per day

Never went below 4 ltrs

4) If you could start again, what would you have done differently!

Work through the stages better, I got to 1000 and it went to pot :D

Any other info you care to add would be much appreciated as usual guys!
You rock my socks off!

Icemoose would say, head down, eyes on the prize x

1) Did you cheat?
When I did CD in 2006 I didn't cheat once - I didn't even do AAM for six months! Didn't reach goal though - got complacent and have since been off and on the diet more times than a flea on a sheepdog!
2) What was your average weight loss per week
Last year it was the average 'stone a month' so some weeks 2lb, other weeks 5lb etc. I've lost 16lb in the 4 weeks since my restart so it looks like I'm going to be 'Ms Average' again.

3) What was your average water intake per day
2 - 3 litres ... I can't really stomach more than that.

4) If you could start again, what would you have done differently!
I would have put blinkers on and not stopped til I reached goal. Your first time is truly your 'Golden Time'!

Wished I hadn't bought clothes every time I went down a size, what a waste of money. As for CD I stuck to the rules and followed the stabilisation plans through to maintenance and am still at goal, so I wouldn't have changed a thing about that.:)

Keep at it Leah, it is honestly the best thing I could have ever done for my health and happiness.

Right, some questions:

1) Did you cheat?
Not on SS - had a 3 day break from SS around day 100 but this had been planned for before I started SS and got straight back onto SS when the break was over.
I have cheated a little on 790 - a couple of potatoes on a few occasions and as I confessed to my counsellor some birthday cake did pass my lips last week :whoopass:. I am on the 1000 plan this week and am sticking to only what is in my yellow book - I have come to far to let myself fall at the last hurdle!
2) What was your average weight loss per week
On SS I averaged about 3/3.5lbs a week.
3) What was your average water intake per day
A minimum of 3 -4 litres
4) If you could start again, what would you have done differently!
Like Minilady I did buy clothes quite often and while this was somewhat necessary I wish I had only ever bought cheapy clothes as there are a few lovely things I bought that I only wore 2-3 times before I shrunk out of them .

I love CD - I really do believe that deciding to give it a go is one of the best decisions I have ever made :).

1) No

2) Around 5lbs

3) 6 litres

4) Probably ease off the carbs so the first few days were easier

Hee hee, I love the way you just chuck a few welsh words in here and there!

Do you speak welsh fluently? I haven't done it since school and would love to learn again now I've moved back to the homeland! I suppose it's like me having lived in Scotland and saying nae problem all the time!!

I do indeed! First language, welsh school, even did my GCSE's and A levels in welsh - which retrospect tells me wasnt such a great idea :D:D

Bit hard on my non-welsh speaking father, but then he used to teach me to swear in arabic! Weird family.
I'm making my deaserst english OH learn welsh now as i'm set on sending my babies to a welsh school, he's doing well!
