Calling all Jacket Potato experts!!!

Chopped onion, grated low fat cheese mixed with cottage cheese. Had this the other night and it was lush!

my favourite is mushrooms (loads) fried in frylite, when water starts to come off add 1 tbsp tikka paste (1.5syns) and fresh coriander (if you fancy it), cook for a couple of mins then add in either fromage frais or nat yogurt until you have the consistency you like perfect on a jacket spud

I've got a friend coming for lunch on Monday, and I'm doing usjacket spuds (got WI that night!) She wants just cheese, which is fine, but I may do something a bit more exciting for myself!

Sounds great!- I do SW on the website so really miss these kind of classes- it must be so nice to share ideas like that and get to try other peoples recipes.

To be honest, I get far more ideas from this forum than anywhere else, including classes and the mag.
