Last night was interesting,is the only word I can use, had nitemares actually,
Hows your day been today,are you floating in water?
i worked longer than expected, so have done really badly.

LOL Penny that is a good way to describe it,come on, we have to drink the water,it is a total pain I know,but anything that makes this diet work quicker has got to be worth doing,why prolong the agony.I am finding the water harder to drink now,I think it is because of the cold.
Julie was on for about 2 minutes then disappeared,I had read that thread the other day but didnt realise it was Jules!!

Hi darling, had work today, had to do 3 extra hours, kidneys are killing me because I have drunk enough, in contrast I drank too much yesturday and had a poorly tummy.
