hey peeps, well when i first started slimming world i set my target at 11st and then decided to drop it to 10st i am now 11st 8.5lb having lost 8st since january, i am now tempted to change my target to 10st 7lb.. i am 5ft 6in. a bmi of 25 would put me at 11st 1.5lb.. i am starting to think i am happy about where i am heading with my weight, but do i really want to go as low as 10st having spent most of my life at 20st.. help lol.. 10st 7lb of 10st?

Only you can answer that question hun. See how you feel at the first weight and if not happy, then change.
Or call target at 10st7, see how you go for a little while and then maybe drop the last half stone if you feel comfortable doing so.

It'll take a while to get used to being that weight, you have done so incredibly well but only you can answer your own question. xxx

Big well done to you for your weight loss :happy096:

I'm a huge believer in screwing up that **** BMI chart. Its a guidline - thats all, it's not suitable for everyone. My mum is 6' 0" and I am 6' 1". A few years back we weighed exactly the same at 13 and a half stone. She was a size 20 and I was a size 12 ......WHAT!!!???? Where's the fairness in that!!

Be happy with your size, last time I lost weight I so concentrated on the BMI thing that I lost to much weight and believe it not I lost all my confidence. You go for whatever you like hun!! x x
