calorie intake

    hey guys, i am doing the W8 diet but trying to figure out what diet is the best for me...
    in the W8 diet i can have a 1/2 pint of skimmed milk a day and the calorie content i'm allowed is 800 (i think). how many calories, carbs, fat etc are in your food packs? i need to lose alot of weight, just over 5 and a 1/2 stone and only 5 1/2 months to do it in or i'm screwed!

    i think with the 3 shakes a day its under 500 that right.. someone help me out?

    yeah i think its about that. if you have the willpower and determination to do it you can do it and get it off in that time!! good luck..this averages out at about a stone a month! x

    Yes less than 500 cals per day on LT - no carbs, no fat etc just lots of vitamins and minerals. Its tough but its very successful if you follow it correctly.

    yeah its 425 calories a day .. I have been on it 10 weeks and nearly lost 4 stone .. so you could get to your goal in the time ... although it is very hard .. the results speak for themselves

    they say that you can lose a stone on W8 as well but i cant understand how if i can have the milk and 300 calories more... thoughts?

    They say that on exante too, you can have between 600-800 cals a day whereas lt is 450, exante seems to have similar results...I think anything under 1000cals resorts in faster weight loss
