Calories don't count on a weekend... (I wish.....)

Treat last night was lovely! I had a flatbread (3sp) 1/2 pot of low fat chicken tikka (3sp) and 6 filo prawns (6sp)

Just realised my weeklies have gone down to 35. Doing a NC week this week

Ooooooo a strike day! Nobody from our school is striking tomorrow! How do you plan to spend the rest of your day off x
 
I've planned a wardrobe sort out, but will see how I feel in the morn. Already have 7 sacks stuffed with stuff that doesn't fit and another two wardrobes, shoe cupboard and bags to sort out! There's only 3 of us at my school striking x

Lanzarote end of July, then have my 2nd hol in August, hopefully I'll return to school all bronzed :) On a definite countdown now, starting to plan my summer wardrobe, only problem is hardly anything fits so think I need everything new more or less! xx

No updates yesterday as I was out for food after work. Had potato skins and a tomato penne pasta, so tried to be good. I avoided desert.

Thanks :) Doesn't feel like a diet at all really as I enjoy all of my meals. Only hard thing is making different choices when eating out (apart from Saturdays when anything goes!) and resisting the cakes at work! Lanzarote is 3 weeks tomorrow too, would have liked another stone off but don't think that's do--able, unless I cut an arm off :D

Saturday 9th July - Treat Day :) - Heading out for lunch and cocktails at Las Iguanas, really looking forward.
