Calories with 3 packs a day?

How many calories are we allowed in S&S in total if you are on 3 packs a day? Am getting a bit confused now and don't want to make mistakes!

Well there isn't a calorie limit per se as it's just based on 3 packs, protein and optional milk and veg so is somewhat dependent on the packs, protein and veg you choose but the list from S&S says that it will come to 550 - 650 calories per day.
