HI , im new at site and looking for others doing the Cambridge Diet - i have had a baby back in december , and from the 10th March to the 24th march i have lost 19 lbs and i weigh in evey monday ,, would love to hear from people in poole ,bournemouth who are currently doing CD ,,, Steph :hug99:

hi ive bin started the cd diet since the 13th march i weigh in on a fri im just starting my 3rd wk ive had 2 babys in the space of 16 mnths and have stacked on the weight cant wait to loose it and this is my time , my total loss so far is 13lb , how r you feelin with it ? kirsty
