Thank u but I'm actually not allowed anything like that, I was being very naughty and I'm trying to get out of the long term habit of snacking which has gotten me on this diet in the first place :p xxxx
 
Yeah me too, evening snacking particularly while watching the TV was one of my biggest problems! IM also trying to stay away from a healthier option of snacking otherwise I'll be back where I begun too soon! I need to forget about snacking!.easier said then done though! :p
 
A week away and I miss loads! Ladies, super well done on the losses, remember a loss is a loss! Remember that it's short term pain for long term gain, remember dieting is hard, being fat is hard so choose your hard! I know which hard I have chosen and I'm loving it!

It will happen, slowly maybe but it will happen. I'm really impressed with you 100% this diet isn't easy, and that's from someone who is finding it fairly easy.

well done! My only thought is though, that surely the nuts will kick you out of ketosis, and thus increase your hunger and things like that?

my loss is good, just gone through the 4 stone loss in 8 weeks :)
 
Omg that's amazing !! U must feel incredible! I never feel hungry really and I still get good losses the week after etc. I'm thinking next week will be a 4lb loss :) fingers crossed!

Hey babe, yeah I'm having a good week thanks... Just made my little girls birthday cake and its cooking now in the oven, I just hope I can get it out of the cake tin in one piece once its cooked!

I think its my totm now too, so imagine I will have a bad loss this week... Never mind though, I'm just going to keep plodding along...

Gotta manage to not eat the cake first, or the icing as I decorate it, our the party food on Saturday! Wow, so much too avoid! Sometimes I think it would be easier to just stay in bed! :p

Hi all

I've just joined this site and am coming to the end of week 3 on CD and I'm struggling! Finding the weight is very slowly coming off did expect more drastic results with no food lol! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks xx
 
Hi. Welcome :) I know it's hard, how much u lost so far and what did u weigh to start with??
Some weeks I lose 1lb but then the next it will be 3 or 4 lbs. people lose differently.
What step u on? Xxxxx

Keep going... You will be losing weight what ever the scales say. This diet can be tough but you WILL fall into a routine and it gets easier. I think nothing off the diet. I'm sure you will start to loose more, but remember you will never know unless you stick to it 100%. Everyone can do this, but we all need support to get out heads in the right place :)

Hiya thanks :) I lost 10.5 pounds in my first week then 3.5 second week and 2 pounds this week I started on ss+ and this week just ss. After my first week I thought I would loose maybe 6 or 7 pounds second week and then this week I've been very disappointed with loss! Started at 17.3 stone so have a long way to go! When did it start to get easier for you? How long have you been doing the diet for? How much ave you lost? Xxx

Hi Bina and welcome... 16lbs in 3 weeks is amazing... i know this diet can be hard, especially when we all want to stand on the scales and see 7lbs every week, but remember sometimes it takes the body a while to catch up.... weight doesn't come off evenly every week, sometimes its low and other times high,... unless of course your Bayboy and then it just flys off, doesn't it Bayboy!!!! =0)

Join us on here, we all chat to try and help each other and stay motivated... it's certainly helped me at times when i can hear the biscuit tin calling my name from the kitchen while i'm watching the telly!!! =0)

How much weight are you hoping to lose in total?

Your litype girl is soooo cute! Well done all on it losses. I have had a tough couple of weeks, grandad died, funerals etc! Managed to stick with plan around 70% of time my losses are
Week 1: 11lb
Week 2: 3 lb
Week 3: 3 lb
Week 4: 4lb
Week 5: 3 lb
Week 6: 4 lb so got two stone off in six week on ss +


Need inspiration now tho just bit bored as only like choc mint shake n toffee bar! Any 200 cal meal ideas? I tend to just have chicken n veg! Thanks all xx

Hi tomnkatesmum thank you :).... Yes this is a really hard diet, thanks its really nice reading everyone's successes on here! Motivation is always something I need help with lol!

I'm hoping to loose about another 5 stone so a long way to go!.......

That is very good well done u!!! :) it will vary from week to week how much u lose but just focus on the monthly loss!
I started 12st 2 lbs now 10st 9lbs (just weighed myself sneakily) :p so not bad. I think I'm on week 6 coming up to 7 - lost track it goes so quickly xxxx
