Cambridge diet how much did people lose first week

My first week both times I lost approximately 8lbs...but they say the less you have to lose aka bmi is lower than 30 the less losses you may see initially.

As long as you are having 3 products daily you can pick from shakes and soups etc. I think the only food off limitsthe first few weeks are the bars.

You can have soup for breakfast lunch and dinner if you prefer it that way.
