Cambridge diet

Wow. Well done to all. Today is my first day on Cambridge so you are all my inspiration to keep with the diet!

I started Cambridge last week and have also lost 7 pounds on first week. Great losing so much so quick but it's tough, missing normal food!:(
when can you introduce the bars ?
i found them a real help when i missed chewing !
and the chicken stock drink,if the still do it,i found an added bonus
when i was feeling very cold.found it comforting,i know there's not much to it,but when you feel like you've had a belly full of water,
it makes for a pleasant change.
