    Hi everyone I started the Cambridge diet last week at the weight of 10 stone12ib and today I am half a stone lighter. So pleased. Xxx

    I started Cambridge last week and have also lost 7 pounds on first week. Great losing so much so quick but it's tough, missing normal food!:(

    drink your water,and try and keep busy,it will help,honestly .

    when can you introduce the bars ?
    i found them a real help when i missed chewing !
    and the chicken stock drink,if the still do it,i found an added bonus
    when i was feeling very cold.found it comforting,i know there's not much to it,but when you feel like you've had a belly full of water,
    it makes for a pleasant change.
