Yes I lost that in 2 weeks

Yes with 100% dedication It's possible good luck x x

I've also lost that in 2 weeks and I'm on step 2! Just make sure your drinking plenty of water.

Of course its possible.
However i am 5ft 7 and my goal is 11 stone, so i don't think i'll want to lose a further stone after that! Lol x

Well if I got to 11 I would be happy. I would just love to see number 10 on the scales. Even if it's 10.13!!! Thank you all for telling its possible. I'm even more determined !!!

I'm not sure, I think you'd probably regain a bit because of the initial re-eating of carbs but WW pro points is quite high protein, low carb Orientated so I think it's a good diet to follow to maintain after Cambridge but to lose weight I personally found it slow or I stayed the same a lot which frustrated me!

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me, I've been doing the Cambridge diet and I'm nearly at my goal, 5lb short, however I'm getting really grumpy now and not eating is getting me down! The shakes are starting to make me gag! Do you think I would still lose weight by doing the Cambridge diet Monday to Friday (when I'm at work it's easier to be focused) an then eat normally on the weekend? To keep me sane? Help appreciated x

I would say no hun....from experience even haviing the odd slip up over a wkend kills the scales... Its mostly Water weight but even so i feel very disheartened when i see iv sts :( all tgat hard work for a few slip ups, it frustrates me lots... Mayb u could eat from step 4? Rather than what u want??? X

Why don't u move up the steps hun? Not sure what one ur on now but if ur ss go to step 2 and if ur step 2 (like me and im also roughly same amount away from goal as u) to step3? The stepped approach of this diet is what appealed to me. I won't lie i am terrified of having carbs again but if u lk at step 3 its still only a teeny 1000 calories so ul stil lose (just slower) and u only have to have 2 shakes a day and they will be with food so ul prob nkt find them so bad. Im the opposite, i fret about not having yummy choc orange and cappuccino shakes anymore, i adore them :) xx
