hi every one, can someone help am on day 7 on ss, due to go in for weighing tommorow morning, am quite sacred cos ve cheated, due to the nature of my work i really get tired with not eating, so i decided to have something last night, before doing that i asked my councellor what i could replace with my shakes for dinner, she advised i take white protein ( white chicken/ turkey or tuna in brine) which i did to my surprise i still got to ketosis cos i weighed my self on day 6 and i already lost 9lbs (can u guys believe that) but today ve addedd steamed mushroom to my white turkey
Firstly well done on reaching day 7
Secondly mushrooms are on the allowed veg list so don't worry too much.
Thirdly I think you should discuss moving up the plans a bit with your cdc if you need the extra calories because of your job.
Fourthly tuna in spring water is allowed but not brine (salt water - salt can make you retain water so not good)
