Hi! Im a newbie! Starting CD tomorrow.Any tips, advise or chat would be much appreciated. Weighed in at 15st 12, I'm 5ft 7 and I'm trying to loose as much as I can for my wedding in October..how much is it possible to loose in this sort of time scale?:wave_cry:

Why?

And why do people just respond?

I tried to get a similar thread going regarding side effects and weight loss and the moderators stamped on it in no uncertain terms. They even tried to tell me that people had complained about anonynmity (on a forum where nobody except me used their own name !!!)
