    Starting Cambridge on Saturday, scared i'll fail but excited for the results. Any tips anyone?

    Though I am not on Cambridge but still wish you good luck!! Welcome and congrats with the decision to change your life for better! Don't be afraid to fail, be afraid not to even a try!!;-)

    Go into it expecting to suceed, try to clear the decks for 3 or 4 days to give yourself the best chance of getting into ketosis with as little pain as possible - by that I mean don't take anything on that is tiring or stressful if you can avoid it. If people are eating around your make yourself scarce - lots of baths/early nights and posting on here! Good luck chick, you CAN do this! x

    After lots of research I am starting CD on Monday. I'm excited but anxious at the same time. I don't want to fail yet another diet so this time I am not telling anyone what I am doing.
    Good luck in whatever diet your doing ladies x

    Good luck! I got all my stuff tonight, starting tomorrow! Great time just before the weekend but I'm not putting it off any longer! Haha. Let me know how you get on xx
