    Currently on Cambridge having lost 2 stone but getting bored already and don't want to start cheating and wasting my money.

    Has anyone gone from Cambridge to Diet Chef if so what where your losses like in the first few weeks?

    I'm changin my lifestyle not dieting using CS
    done CD and now on diet chef bt had a break inbetween, week 1 for me. Diet chef teaches you about portion control which is a help to me. The portions in the packet look tiny but believe me they are not, I'm having sauseage casserole tonight and it feels like it has 4 sausages in.... cant wait having a little side salad with it.

    I like having food to eat instead of water, shakes and thin soups. so works for me.
