Cambridge Vs Lipotrim ?? Help

Think pretty similiar....although cd has more flavours for shakes, soups, bars..also does ready made shakes called tetras and porridges. Also cd has some plans with meals.
Not sure about lipotrim...is just as popular and successful but I have not tried it.
Hope this gives you a little insight.
I sure there is much knowledgable people on here :)

I did Lipotrim for a week before i changed to CD.
The weight loss was great on Lipotrim but i would have got the same on CD!
On CD there are so many products to chose from you will definitely find something that you like. lipotrim is DISGUSTING. theres 3 milkshakes and they all taste like flour and water. 1 horrid soup and the worst tasting 'flapjack' ever! On CD u can have porridge and even chocolate bars! Also you have a councilor who comes to your house and weighs you and really helps you.. they change any food u dont like and are always there for you....
I am SO MUCH happier on Cambridge it has so much more choice and u can even have a 200cal meal everyday if u need to! and water flavours!
Good luck with your choice :)
My CDC does not come to my house i meet her at the local community centre, i dunno what i would do without her she really is the life line i need. Defo go for the CD more choice more help = more success :D good luck xxxxx

CD is so much better that Lipo!!
More flavours etc and someone taking an interest in your loss / offering advice rather than the chemist who just takes your money.
CD seems better for when you're close to goal too as you work up the plans.
Good Luck.

I did LT and I liked it, but moved to the Cambridge as the choice (IMO) was far better, and I'd not do anything different now :)
I did LT briefly and I never stuck to it as the shakes were disgusting it depressed me . due to the variety with Cd I have lost weight and I enjoy the diet more x
If you have done lipotrim you will find Cambridge amazing!!
I'm sure I've heard that CD works out a lot cheaper than LT too? I pay £1.80 per 'meal' so a week of SS or SS+ costs £37.80. Don't know how that compares?
