Cambridge weight plan - April 2014 start - any buddies to share my (hunger) pain?!!

Thanks for the words of support clairey :) and wow thats fantastic well done, ive just had my last shake of the day and loads of water and i feel bloated! Is that cuz im drinking loads of water? X
 
Yes for the first few days I felt like I was drowning myself trying to drink all the water but soon got used to it and now its second nature. Yesterday I even managed to go and watch a band at the local pub. Hubby was drinking pints if beer so I drank pints of water!! You may find you get headaches from carbohydrate withdrawal but they shouldnt last too long. Just a day or so. Good luck with your first week you will be amazed how good you will feel next week.

Have water, will travel has become my moto! Nothing I won't do or partake in either....just because I'm on cd doesn't mean I can't socialise. Just takes determination.

Well done for avoiding the temptations in the pub :)

Thanks guys! :) Krazzed I only lost 1lb the week I did step 2. I was only on it for 1 week and them went off plan for a bit and started back with SS. I've just switched to SS+ now and am only down 1lb this week too. I'm hoping though the slow down is just due to my body getting used to a bit of food again and that my losses will be back up next week, fingers crossed!!

Well done Clairey on your 2nd weeks loss, that's brill!! You must be feeling great at this stage! :) :)
 
Hmm you should be getting bigger losses. Are you sticking to weights and everything even for salad etc? ??

You can't not lose on this diet if it's followed correctly. Even a STS might be a loss in inches!
Don't be disheartened. Keep going and see what happens in a week :)

Yes I am sticking to the food list and weights perfectly, no cheating at all! You are right Lizz I am down inches this week even if the scales haven't moved much. I'm hoping with the scales it's just a first week thing as my body adjusts to the change in plan. I'm feeling much better after changing though, my head it less fuzzy and I have more energy :)
