Cambridge weight plan - the cravings

Hello all! I'm currently in week two of the cambridge diet (ss+ish) and really struggling with cravings. No real side effects apart from expected hunger but cravings are driving me crazy! How do you people take your mind off things?
Would really appreciate any support of tips you have.
Starting weight 15,10. First week lost 10 pounds( though not over the moon as feel no different and find it hard to believe!) next weigh in - tomorrow! (Had a roast dinner last week as my dad unaware I'm on the diet, but mostly ate the veg, one spud and a bit of gravy - I am vegetarian normally anyway.) so I'm not very hopefully for this weeks loss! X
