Camping while staying on plan.

We're off camping tomorrow for 4 days and I'm really keen to stay on plan as much as is humanly possible. Has anyone got any meal ideas for quick, filling and cheap recipes and snacks? I really don't want to undo any progress by not planning ahead!

P.S. We've only got a TINY electric cool box so limited to what fridge items I can store.
