Can anybody help me set up a ticker?

I've been following the diet for 10 weeks now so I think its about time I set up a ticker. I've been on ticker factory and designed one, but I don't know how to make it appear at the bottom of my posts. Can anybody help me please? You can probably guess I'm rubbish at this technical stuff lol X x x
