Hi, does anyone know if aunt bessie carrot & swede can be classed as 1/3 superfree on ee. I know its free on all plans but not if i can use it as part of my 1/3 on my plate. Any help would be really appreciated as i am really trying to be 100% this week.thanks for reading. X

I think swede is free not super free.

Swede/turnip is superfree...

The product will be superfree ordinarily, but it does have 2% butter in it.

The principle of superfree food is, food that is low in calories but is very filling, even with butter, the aunt bessie swede and carrot mash still fits that category i would have thought.

Fill yourself up and dont worry about it.

PS, its on sale for £1 a bag at tesco at the moment. Might stock up myself.

Oh right, thanks for quick reply . Nearly made a mistake. One of these days it will sink into my brain
