as i have rather large flabby knees (well large legs, but especially the knees) and i would like to know what the best exercise would be to loose this.
i have a cross trainer, would this be the best form of exercise?
I've always had big knees today but they're definitely disappearing as the weight comes off.
I think you need to do squats and lunges to tone up the quads muscles at the front of your thighs, but ultimately it's fat burning cardio that will shift the flab.
