Hi I am 3 days into week 2 of restart (SS)and in week 1 I lost 14lb which I was extremly happy about but so far this week I STS for 2 days and today have put on 1.5lb despite being 100%. When I did CD before this never happened and I dont know what is going on. I know I really shouldn't weigh daily but it has been such a motivator to stick to SS 100% in the past.
Can anyone help and advise what is going on as I am having a serious motivation crisis?
