Can anyone help me out in planning a week of meals for myself on EE?

If i dont plan ahead I stray from the plan, and with half term and kids off school I am already stressing but I need to be really organised and make sure i have everything I need in for breakfasts, lunches and evening meals. I enjoy rice, pasta, extra lean minced beef, chicken, vegetables, all kinds of curries, stews etc. Could anyone help me out with ideas? Thankyou :wave_cry:

I can tell you what I am going to have, to maybe inspire you?

Sunday - puffed wheat & milk (hea & heb), soy & lime glazed salmon & veg, roast chicken roast potatoes carrots butternut squash broccolli.

Monday - 6 wholegrain crackerbreads & laughing cow cheese (heb & hea), Roast Califlower soup, Kedgeree

Tuesday - Breakfast fritatta, stuffed peppers topped with cheese (hea), chicken korma & rice

Wednesday - Large flat mushroom topped with beans, spicy butternut squash soup, steak & chips

Thursday - cheese topped hashrbown, tuna mayo pasta, beef stew

Friday - 2 Alpen light bars, roast veg medley, smoked haddock pie

Saturday - Full breakfast, veg broth, breaded chicken goujons potato wedges corn on the cob homemade coleslaw salad
