Can anyone help please

I am going out for a friends bday meal on friday. Can anyone please help me choose a dish that has the lowest points value - as I am only on 18pts a day & will probably have a few drinks as well ;) I have been trying to save points this week but think I may need to use my APs as well as I am also going for a picnic/lunch on Sunday :)

Here is the main course menu (I will probably skip the starter & dessert)

Hi Sooshine, I think fish and chicken if they're grilled are pretty good choices. I would avoid anything with cream, cheese or butter. I think Lamb's quite high in points too. So the seabass you suggested seems a pretty good choice and sounds yummy! You said you've been saving points and I find that I can usually get away with one day eating more if I make it up on other days.
