Hi
I am beginning a gym programme this evening and wanted some advice or guidance regarding how much of which exercises to do.
I am approx 18.5 stone, female, with very low fitness. I am 25 yrs.
The gym has the usual, cross trainer, bikes, treadmill, rowing machine. Any advice on times I could spend on this?
