Can doctors help u get a low calorie diet?

I was looking to loose weight on a meal replacement type diet 3 shakes a day type of thing from the doctor .. i have done cambridge b4 had some sucess but i cant afford that now and was just wondering can ur doctor help u get a meal replacemnt diet

Lipotrim is £36 a week, it's the cheapest one I've come across- could you afford that?
 
I doubt that your GP would be able to do this. However some primary care trusts have referral schemes for Slimming World or Weight Watchers, or some do exercise referrals to local leisure centres. Might be worth investigating to see if you meet the criteria. Good luck with whatever plan you choose.
