    I think the concept of a 'diet' alongside exams, and a birthday weekend is rather non existant, in agreement? :D

    I forgive you, as long as you draw a line after the week and continue with the SW journey (I don't call it a diet) or else you will get back to the bad habits and won't forgive yourself!

    hehe i will return, i'll be out of uni then, new month, new focus so i think its good! Plus I'll be in another decade, I aim to loose all the weight by my 21st!

    Ive had succhhhh a good food week tho
    1 whole arctic roll
    takeaway last night, of chicken tikka and shish lamb, with a toffee cake
    yesterday also had a fish and chip lunch (resturant one) my first chips in MONTHS! with mushy peas, onion rings and side salad (drools)

    and tomorrow im going pizza hut..so..yes-- the diet is out the window!

    *I've had one of those weeks myself. Am quite pleased to have only gained 1lb but am back on track now.

    ive actually been rather good today! I had eggs, sausages and mushy peas for breakfast

    2 alpen light bars, 1 muller light and a jelly pot for lunch

    and will probz have spag bol later..hmm

    i feel like i have gained 3lbs tho!
