Can I cook with onions on pure protein days?

not sure on the official line but i do use onion on PP days. I use an onion in my meatloaf (which i spread over about 4 meals)

Compared to some other ladies I don't have a lot of weight to lose but it doesn't seem to adversely affected my weight loss.
 
You can flavour with onion on PP days but try not to eat the onion. Eg if in gravy strain off.
 
chat session, UK website, a few days ago:
'the only vegetable you are allowed to have, while on attack and on PP days, are 2 shallots or one normal sized onion to be used preferably for seasoning purposes.'
