Doesn't look too bad - not sure if the Asda lamb dish has any syns though as I've not tried that one (you could always double-check with SW syns calculator on their site) - you ought to add lots of veggies with that too if possible, and have plenty fruit for a pud! You've not mentioned anything for the healthy extra a choice as yet, and remember to drink plenty water - sounds good to me! Good luck'n'stuff!

yepppy just make sure every e.e meal you have you fill 1/3 of your plate with veg..
If im struggling i fill 2/3rds of my plate with my main meal then have a fruit salad to fill me up after!
(think your allowed to do that!)

You're OK the lamb shanks are free, but yes you should add some veg to it.
